Homologation engineering certification and Type Approval

• Certification of vehicle sub-systems and second stage Type Approval certification for heavy-duty goods vehicle (category N2 and N3) small volume manufacturers (less than 250 vehicles per year), in compliance with National Small Series Type Approval. 

• We are experienced with the Type Approval process, having established contacts within the industry, both with the VCA and OEM’s for technical support.

• Our homologation engineering services comply in full with the Type Approval process.

• Technical and administrative requirements capturing the design, typically documented in a form referred to as the vehicle information document.

• Ensuring that subsequent production vehicles are manufactured in conformance with the approved design.  This is the quality control system of your company, the certification for Conformity of Production.
